Thank you for your interest in Aukeman Development, a second and third generation real estate developer. Founder, Owen Aukeman, was inspired by the condominium living concept after a trip to Europe. He brought the idea home to West Michigan in 1966 and was the first to build and sell condominium homes in the area. Owen’s son Bill joined the company in 1980, and Bill’s son Case in 2007. Aukeman Development strives to develop high quality communities at an affordable cost. Developing lasting relationships with customers and quality trade partners is of the utmost importance.
